We aspire to care for others.

Global health. Individual wellbeing. We are born into this world with aspirations to make it a better place for all. We care about the kid next door and the family halfway around the globe. We want everyone to be happy and healthy. Our career aspirations often involve the caring and healing professions. We want to take away pain and suffering for all. We have the capacity to love and we want to love everyone.

And then life happens. We need to reserve our resources to look after ourselves and our loved ones. We no longer have the energy to care for everyone in this world because reality sets in. We need our energy to make a living, care for our loved ones and look after ourselves. We may still hold the desire to look after everyone but the thought is overwhelming. We think that in a perfect world we would be successful but we don’t live in a perfect world.

Self care is an important first step.

When we talk about stress, there are clearly individuals who are not able to cope with the demands placed on them. Many others cope just fine and don’t see the need for stress management. But we could benefit from having energy reserves to not only look after ourselves and our immediate circle of family and friends but to also look after the needy. Often it is much easier to turn the other cheek and walk away.

So how do we get there? Logosynthesis is a unique coaching model to help us connect with spirit and to release the energy that is bound in our past experiences. By freeing our energy, it becomes available to serve our life purpose – whatever that may be.

If we are concerned about global health, the first step is self care. If we release the energy bound in our beliefs, it becomes available to support our life goals. As we support our individual wellbeing, we create a resonance and presence that not only supports our individual needs but our global health.
