Coaching with Cathy – Block of 5 Sessions
Working 1-1 with me, you will be guided to resolve stressful patterns so that you can feel a greater sense of calm and clarity to take meaningful action for what matters most in your life.
We all know that life happens. We react. I will guide you to shift the triggers that cause stress and get in the way of your goals: distressing mental images, painful memories and limiting beliefs.

Let me know your goals and desires. Together we’ll clear the blocks that get in the way.
This package offers value by offering a combination of 5 x 1-1 coaching sessions, an app-based coaching program and between-session guidance and resources. At the end of this work, you will have resolve current stressors and empowered to resolve blocks that you encounter in the future.
