Logosynthesis 101: A Self-Coaching Course (Live, Online)
AN INTRODUCTION TO THE FOUNDATIONS OF LOGOSYNTHESIS & SELF-COACHING
Do you want to reduce stress, feel better AND unlock your potential in work and life?
New medical research highlights that distressing mental imagery is connected to many health issues. These studies call for new treatments to resolve underlying mental imagery. Logosynthesis is a powerful psychotherapeutic and coaching model that identifies and resolves distressing mental imagery for immediate and sustained relief of symptoms using the energetic power of words. The Logosynthesis Basic Procedure offers a simple, repeatable procedure that allows you to target specific issues. This restores the flow of your energy so that it is available to you for what is important in your life!
Logosynthesis can be learned for self-coaching to resolve everyday issues and to allow you to work in-between sessions with your Logosynthesis Practitioner, if you already work with someone. Practice and guidance will enhance your results and also help you better understand what is possible.

In this course, you will:
- Gain an overview of the Logosynthesis theory.
- Experience what can shift using a guided exercise.
- Learn how to use the Logosynthesis Basic Procedure.
- Watch demonstrations about how to work with distressing memories and limiting beliefs.
- Learn about available resources to guide your work.
- Have your specific questions answered.
