Logosynthesis_Enjoying_Life_More_Fully

Learning to resolve reactions helps me feel better and enjoy life!

I want to do very well at my job and have energy left at the end of the day to enjoy my family and friends. But when work gets busy and demands are urgent, I shift into react mode. At times, my reactions show up in the form of a headache or an angry comment.  At other times, I may say nothing. I may feel stressed or anxious. I have lots of ways to cope with these situations, such as walk away or take the day off. However I have learned a transformational technique so that the situation no longer triggers me to react. It has been very helpful to simply eliminate the trigger.  I also have a better appreciation for the reactions of others and I am able to recognize repetitive patterns. Simply put – when I feel better, those around me feel better!

‘Logosynthesis: Enjoying Life More Fully’ (Cathy Caswell, 2017):

I share my introduction to an innovative new approach to resolving my reactions to build personal resources and leadership capacity.  Learn about how I used Logosynthesis, developed by Dr. Willem Lammers, to resolve reactive behaviours so that I could enjoy my life more fully.  This book outlines the technique so you can start using Logosynthesis now to resolve reactive behaviour and to better understand what triggers reactive behaviour in others.
