Understanding Core Beliefs

The Logosynthesis Basic Procedure involves three key sentences to guide you to focus on the distressing sensory perceptions or mental imagery. In this case, the core belief can be identified as mental imagery. Then using a precise, structured and repeatable process, you can identify and resolve the underlying belief. Core beliefs are often formed at a young age, and not only are they often outside of your awareness, they can feel intense. This model works to gently guide you to bring the root of the beliefs into your awareness and shift the energy. This allows you to relieve the distress without needing to challenge your cognitive thinking. 

Logosynthesis works at an energetic level to shift the perceived truth of the core belief.  The core belief loses strength and intensity. You are less reactive and are better able to focus onn what is important to you. Rather than feeling the limitations of ‘I’m not good enough’ or ‘Life is hard.’, the belief no longer has a hold on you. Thus, you are better able to enjoy what is important in your life!
