Healthy living is not about running the furthest or looking the best. It is about enjoying life with vigour and engaging in meaningful relationships. It is about finding peace, contentment and fulfillment right where we are. In order to do this, we need to acknowledge that emotional events from the past shape how we see the here and now. They trigger feelings of fear the future and pain about the past. They limit our beliefs about who we are and what we can achieve. Each of us has our own unique past which silently influences how we perceive and act in the present. Something which may cause you anxiety may have no effect on my emotions.
Using Logosynthesis®, I have been able to take a new approach to personal development and stress management. I love the results. In a quiet spot, I recognize how I am experiencing stress. I get in touch with with what I am feeling and the rate the level of stress.
